Puka Nacua is an American footballer who plays as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams.

He grew up in Provo, Utah. Nacua attended Orem High School. He concluded his high school career with 260 receptions, 5,226 yards receiving, and 58 touchdowns, all of which are Utah state records.
Nacua began his undergraduate career at Washington, where he appeared in the first eight games of his freshman year, catching seven passes for 168 yards and two scores before breaking his foot.
He eventually transferred to BYU. He caught 40 passes for 805 yards and six touchdowns in his first season with the organisation.
Nacua was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the fifth round, 177th overall, of the 2023 NFL Draft.

On September 10, 2023, Nacua made his rookie debut as a starter for the Rams against the rival Seattle Seahawks in Seattle.
In his debut, Nacua had 10 catches for 119 yards as the Rams defeated the Seahawks 30-13. His second performance was even better. Nacua set an NFL rookie single-game record with 15 catches for 147 yards in a 30-23 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
His 25 catches in his first two games broke Earl Cooper’s 33-year-old rookie record of 20, and he became the first player in NFL history to have more than 10 catches and more than 100 yards in each of his first two games.
