Princess Beatrice does not have any eye disease or eye problem. Princess Beatrice has only admitted to being dyslexic but has never stated that she has an eye issue.

It might appear as though she has some eye issue since her eyes appears to swell out and looks somewhat big. Bulging eyes are mostly synonymous with an overactive thyroid gland.
Certain eye traits are hereditary and can be passed down through generations.

The look of Priness Beatrice’s eyes are simply genetic because her great great great great grandmother, Queen Victoria also had bulging eyes.
The only royal with a known eye condition is Lady Louise, who suffered from strabismus.
Strabismus, also known as hypertropia and crossed eyes, is misalignment of the eyes, causing one eye to deviate inward (esotropia) toward the nose, or outward (exotropia), while the other eye remains focused.
However, Lady Louise’s eye condition was corrected.
