Portable Jumps Gate to Avoid Arrest

Portable leaves many reeling with laughter as a trending video shows him jumping a gate to escape arrest for failing to pay N14 million balance for his G-Wagon. The singer was detained after a petition to the police from a car dealer who he was owed.

He reached out to the car dealer to purchase a G-Wagon worth N27 million. Since he was not able to afford it at once, he made a down payment and promised to pay the balance shortly after.

However, he defaulted on the payment and when he was confronted by the dealer, he said the car developed faults. The car dealer then asked that he return the car or pay the balance but the musician allegedly refused.

This led to the vendor contacting the police who in turn swooped in on the singer and arrested him. Although he escaped at first, the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command has confirmed that he has now been arrested.
