Who Is Sheel Seidler?

Sheel is a yoga instructor specializing in teaching Kundalini yoga, a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.

The purpose of Kundalini yoga is to activate ones Kundalini energy, or shakti, a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine.

It’s worthy to note that Sheel Seidler, is a law graduate and former attorney by profession but she later ditched her profession to begin her spiritual journey.
