Penei Sewell is an American football offensive tackle for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. He played college football at Oregon, where he won the Outland and Morris trophies in 2019.

Penei Sewell Siblings: Meet Noah Sewell, Nephi Sewell, Gabriel Sewell
Noah, Nephi, and Gabriel are Sewell’s three brothers. All three are linebackers, Nephi for the New Orleans Saints, Gabriel for Oregon, and Noah for the Philadelphia Stars of the USFL. Much is not known about his siblings.

Penei Sewell, an offensive tackle with the Detroit Lions of the National Football League, was born on October 9, 2000, and is currently 22 years old. The 2019 Outland and Morris trophies were bestowed upon him while he was a collegiate football player for the Oregon Ducks.
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, Sewell elected to forego his junior year in 2020. The Lions then selected Sewell with the seventh overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He is an American Samoan native who immigrated to the United States in 2012 with his family and settled in Utah. He is Noah Sewell’s elder brother.
