Pedro Gallese is best known as a footballer. He joined the Peruvian team Atletico Mineiro in 2009. He played for Atletico Mineiro before joining his old team, Universidad San Martin, and helping them reach the Copa Inca Cup final in 2014.

After leaving Atletico Mineiro, he joined Juan Aurich in 2015 and enjoyed a successful stint with the Peruvian club. In 2016, he is playing for Liga MX Mexican football team Veracruz.
He represented Peru in the U-17 levels before making his international debut for Peru against Panama in a friendly on August 6, 2014. He played in the 2015 Copa America, when Peru finished third, and the 2016 Copa America Centenario.
