Pau Gasol Wife: Who is Catherine McDonnell?

Catherine McDonnell is the wife of Pau Gasol a retired Spanish professional basketball player.

Pau Gasol and Catherine McDonnell got engaged in 2016, before getting married in a public ceremony in San Francisco in July 2019.

After the public ceremony, the couple then held a private ceremony a week later in the Ampurdan area of Northeastern Spain. They have two children together.

Catherine Donnell is a successful entrepreneur and businesswoman. She has a Bachelor’s degree in communication and business from the University of Southern California, as well as a Master’s degree in the same field.

Catherine McDonnell began her professional career in public relations with Singer Associates Public Relations and Public Affairs in 2007. She briefly worked in sales and marketing for Showtime Networks Inc. in 2009.

Catherine McDonnell later worked as an ABC News sports broadcasting reporter and as a Fox News broadcast journalist from 2010 to 2011.

Catherine McDonnell has also worked as a project manager, vice president, and most recently as the TESS Research Foundation’s director of communications. She began working with the foundation in 2016. It was created to support research into a cure for SLC13A5 epilepsy, a citrate transporter disorder.
