Patrick Malahide is a stage and screen actor, writer and producer, best known for his portrayal of Balon Greyjoy in the TV series Game of Thrones.
Patrick made his television debut in 1976, in the film The Flight of the Heron.
Afterwards, he went on to appear in Sutherland’s Law, The New Avengers, Playhouse, and the popular TV series Minder, where he played Detective Sergeant Albert “Cheerful Charlie” Chisholm.
In 2021, he played Vohl in the action film The Protégé, and in 2023, he portrayed Alison’s father Jack Rowdy, in the British-French thriller series Liaison.
