Patrick Ewing Children: Meet Patrick Ewing Jr., Randi Ewing, Corey Ewing

Patrick Ewing, a former professional basketball player and coach is the father of three children, Patrick Ewing Jr., Randi Ewing and Corey Ewing.

Unlike other NBA legends, Ewing’s children were unable to follow in their father’s footsteps. Ewing Jr. is the most well-known of the former Knicks franchise star’s children.

Patrick Ewing’s older son Patrick Ewing Jr. was born on May 20, 198. He is a  professional basketball coach and former player.

Patrick Ewing Jr. was drafted by the Sacramento Kings in the second round with the 43rd pick in the 2008 NBA draft but was then traded to his father’s old team, the New York Knicks.

However, he did not make the Knicks’ final roster and has spent the majority of his career in the NBA Development League and Europe.

Patrick Ewing Jr. was named lead assistant coach of the Ottawa Blackjacks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League in February 2021. (CEBL). Ewing was named the inaugural head coach and general manager of the CEBL’s expansion Newfoundland Growlers on February 18, 2022.

Patrick Ewing’s daughter was born on April 21, 1991. She studied at Fordham University where she played for three years before graduating. She studied at Louisville for her master’s degree in communication after obtaining an undergraduate degree in communications.
