Pascal Jansen is an English-Dutch football coach who currently serves as manager of dutch club AZ Alkmaar.
Born on January 27, 1973, in London, England, Jansen relocated to the Netherlands with his family as a young boy, and grew up in Zaandam.

He currently holds both Dutch and British citizenship.
Jansen began his managerial career in 2015, with the Eindhoven club Jong PSV. In 2020, he began coaching Eredivisie side AZ, and was later promoted to the position of manager.
He has additionally coached other teams in the Netherlands at “Haarlem, Vitesse and Sparta Rotterdam, and in the United Arab Emirates with Al Jazira and Al Wahda.”
In 2023, Jansen signed a contract extension with AZ which will expire in 2025.
