Olivia was born on January 12, 1953, in Philadelphia, Mississippi, United States.
She comes from the family who started the iconic Williams Brothers general store in Philadelphia. It’s a store that’s now being run by her brother, Sid.
Olivia earned a degree in elementary education from the University of Mississippi.

She served as one of the chairpersons for the Longue Vue House & Gardens fundraiser called Sentimental Journeys. Olivia also oversaw the Whitney Zoo-to-do by Audubon Zoo.
Olivia was also a fixture for the Junior League, the Red Cross and the American Heart Association.

Olivia Williams has been married to Archie Manning since 1971 and together they share three sons; Cooper Manning, Eli Manning, and Peyton Manning.
She and her husband Archie launched the Manning Family Fund intending to give back to the Mississippi community.
Her active participation in these organizations earned her an accolade from the Mississippi community. In 2011, Olivia was awarded the Legacy Award by the Ole Miss Women’s Council of Philanthropy.
