In a Twitter post he shared earlier, he wrote that the President has saved the country more than $500,000 (GHC6.5 million) for such efforts, adding that, if he had been considerate enough and consistent in doing so, he would have saved the country a fortune.

Ghana’s President has been backlashed for hiring luxurious private jets for international trips over the years. Even to the extent that some people hilariously shared he booked these luxurious jets just to take showers in them in the air and land back in his home country. Others also shared that he booked these jets to hide his romantic affairs from the general public. There was alleged footage of him with another woman on the plane which caused a stir on the internet.
