The Oba Elegushi has responded to fresh claims regarding the paternity of the late artist Mohbad’s son, Liam.

Despite previous denials, rumors persisted about the Oba’s alleged connection to the singer’s child.
These rumors intensified when a TikTok user named Oloriebimusicproduction2 made troubling accusations, suggesting the monarch’s involvement in Mohbad’s demise.
In a widely circulated video, the TikToker implied that the singer’s family was facing obstacles in seeking justice due to the monarchy’s influence.

In response, the Oba vehemently denounced these claims, labeling them as malicious attempts to besmirch his reputation and entangle him in the paternity dispute involving Liam.
He stated that legal action has been initiated against the individuals spreading these falsehoods, including Oloriebimusicproduction2, PEKINS RULES, WESTO4LIVE, Auto Success Ola, Olubukola Jesse, Teni Ologo, and Tolani Ilesanmi.
The Oba, through his lawyers, filed a petition with the Nigeria Police and other relevant security agencies to protect his rights and combat cyberbullying.
He expressed hope for collaboration with international security organizations to address the issue.
