Nik Turner Cause of Death

British musician, Nik Turner has died at age 82. He died peacefully in his home on November 10, 2022.

The cause of his death has not been announced yet.

A spokesperson for the musician announced his death on Facebook. The statement said: “We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Nik Turner-The Mighty Thunder Rider, who passed away peacefully at home on Thursday evening”.

Nik was best known as a member of space rock pioneers Hawkwind. He played saxophone and flute, as well as being a vocalist and composer With the Hawkwind, Turner was known for his experimental free Jazz stylisations and outrageous stage presence, often donning full makeup and Ancient Egypt-inspired costumes.
