It is uncertain if basketball champ Niels Giffey, and his wife, Erin, have children or not.

The former player for Alba Berlin has no record of any child born in his name.
Giffey and Erin got married in 2019.
About Niels Giffey
Niels Giffey began playing for Bayern Munich of the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) in 2022, after he signed a three-year contract with with the club.
Giffey primarily plays as a small forward and as a shooting guard.
He subsequently plays for the Germany national team and had represented the country during the EuroBasket 2022.

The German-born player attended Heinrich Schliemann, and had a successful collegiate career at the University of Connecticut.
While at UConn, he joined his team to win the NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament twice.
Giffey has previously played for the German team Alba Berlin, where he served as captain, and helped them win the German national championship, and the German Cup tournament.
He also joined Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) in 2021.
After one season, he played short-term for UCAM Murcia of the Liga ACB.
