As a model, Nicky has been the face of Australian underwear line Antz Pantz, until she was replaced by Australian model Megan Maitland. She has also appeared on the cover of the New Zealand and Romanian editions of Lucire.
Nicky launched her clothing line in 2004. She did a couple of handbag designs for Japanese company Samantha Thavasa, the same year she launched a 10-piece collection with eLuxe.

In 2015, Nicky collaborated with the cosmetic brand Smashbox by Estée Lauder Companies, to come up with “a line of limited-edition cat-inspired makeup kits for New York, London and Los Angeles.”
