The couple got married in 2003. They met 18 months before while performing in a play together. Throughout their relationship, the couple has appeared in each other’s sitcoms, with Megan on “Parks and Recreation” and Nick on “Will & Grace.”

They have since appeared in several other films and worked on the same projects as voice actors. The couple went on a comedy tour together in 2016.
