Nick Gordon Cause Of Death: Who Is Nick Gordon And How did he die?

In January 2020, Gordon died from a series of heart attacks and heroine overdose, after being rushed to a hospital in Florida. He was 30.

His attorney, Joe Habachy, had confirmed his client’s death via a statement.

My heart is heavy today after learning that my longtime client Nick Gordon died at the young age of 30,” the lawyer said at the time.

“While I cannot speak to the specific circumstances of his death, I can say that it’s been truly heartbreaking to have witnessed first-hand the total devastation that drug addiction has wreaked upon a group of young friends, all of whom were loved and had immense potential.”

Nick Gordon was the fiancé of Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Their relationship was somewhat controversial as Nick had been raised by Whitney, although she never formally adopted him.

He was said to be like an ‘older brother’ figure to Bobbi. However, their relationship turned romantic.

He died on January 1, 2020.

Caffeine, morphine and naloxone, a drug that reverses opioid overdoses, were among a series of substances found in Gordon’s system.

Nick’s death followed five years after that of his former girlfriend, Bobbi, who was found face down in a bathtub at the age of 22 in 2015. Bobbi spent six months in a coma before dying from lobar pneumonia.

Bobbi passed away three years after her mother, who died from drowning in a hotel bathtub in 2012.
