Who Is Niccolò Cannone?
Niccolò Cannone is a professional rugby union player who majorly plays the lock position for the Italian club Benetton of the United Rugby Championship.
Born on May 17, 1998, in Florence, Italy, Niccolo began playing rugby as a youth with the club Florentia Rugby.

In 2017, he made his senior debut with Petrarca, where he played for three seasons, making 37 appearances and scoring 20 points.

Niccolo joined Benetton on loan in 2019 and played in 17 games, scoring 15 points in one season, and was named as Permit Player for Benetton in Pro 14.
In 2020, he signed a contract with the team, and has since made 28 appearances and scored 10 goals.
On the international stage, Niccolo played for Italy’s U-20 team from 2017 to 2018.
In 2020, he was named to the senior squad, for the Six Nations 2020, after making his test debut against Wales during the 2020 Six Nations Championship.
