The Korean Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH), in partnership with the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), has initiated its Knowledge Sharing Executive Initiative for NHIA participants.

In collaboration with the University of Ghana Business School, the Initiative is a 5-day immersion program designed for the second group of participants from the Authority.
The training will be led by Associate Professor Gordon Abekah-Nkrumah from UGBS and Mr. Sebastian Alagpulinsa, Deputy Director of Membership & Regional Operations at NHIA.

The initiative aims to provide participants with an understanding of Health Policy Analysis and the breadth of healthcare within developing countries.
Dr. Mrs. Yaa Pokuaa Baiden, Deputy Chief Executive of Administration & Human Resources at the Authority, additionally called for more educational initiatives to help broaden the staff’s understanding of healthcare issues.
In appreciation of the NHIA’s reception of the initiative, Ms. Miyoung Jin-ODA, a specialist from KOFIH, expressed gratitude and encouraged all members of the Authority to participate in the training.
