Talented singer Nessa Barrett has struggled with mental health issues, and was diagnosed with depression, and borderline personality disorder.

She began harbouring suicidal thoughts from a very young age and grew up having eating disorders.
Barrett was placed on therapy at age 6, and at age 14, she attempted “suicide by overdosing on a analgesic” at a psychiatric hospital.
Her second suicide attempt was in 2022 following the death of her best friend, Cooper Noriega.

Born on August 6, 2002, in New Jersey, Barrett began showing interest in entertainment from a very young age.

In 2021, she did a collaboration with Jxdn, and Barker on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
In 2022, Barrett released other singles such as “Dying on the Inside”, “Die First”, “Madhouse”, “Tired of California”, and “Young Forever”.
In 2023, she released the hit song BANG BANG! She continues to credit the likes of Lana Del Rey, Melanie Martinez, and The Neighbourhood as her inspiration in the music industry.
