The news of their divorce was confirmed by People magazine, citing a representative for Portman. However, representatives for Millepied have yet to respond to requests for comment, and Portman’s spokesperson declined to provide further details.
Reports suggest that Portman, 42, initiated the divorce proceedings eight months ago, signaling the end of their long-standing relationship.

Portman, known for her versatile acting roles, most recently starred in Todd Haynes’ 2023 film “May December,” which received critical acclaim for its thought-provoking storyline and stellar performances.
Meanwhile, Millepied made his directorial debut with “Carmen,” a film featuring Paul Mescal and Melissa Barrera, which premiered at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival and hit theaters last year.
