Natalie Maines Siblings: Who is Kim Maines?

Kim Maines is the sister of popular American singer, Natalie Maines. There is very little information about her. Information about her age, profession, and more, is unknown.

Natalie Maines’ debut professional recording was lead vocals on the song White Women’s Clothes on Andy Wilkinson’s album Charlie Goodnight’s Life in Poetry and Song. Her first commercially released work was background vocals on Pat Green’s debut album Dancehall Dreamer released in 1995.

She joined the all-female country music band, the Dixie Chicks, which had been performing since 1989. She plays guitar and bass in concert in the band. She also co-wrote four tracks for the Dixie Chicks’ first three albums including Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart number one hit “Without You” on Fly.

Maines is known for contributing to several songs. Some of them include Travelin’ Soldier, Not Ready to Make Nice, Wide Open Spaces, You Were Mine, Landslide, Cowboy Take Me Away, Goodbye Earl, THere’s Your Trouble, Loving Arms, Mother, and more.
