Murder On The Orient Express: Who was the killer on the Orient Express?

Murder on The Orient Express is a movie about a  detective who decides to investigate and find the culprit amongst the passengers aboard a train journey after a murder takes place.

Edward Ratchett (played by Johnny Depp) is the victim of the train murder. Before changing his name to Ratchett, the criminal was known as Cassetti, and he kidnapped and murdered Daisy Armstrong, a young girl from a prominent and wealthy American family.

Daisy’s mother, Sonia, and father, Colonel Armstrong, died soon after, and Cassetti’s crimes were far more serious than those close to the Armstrongs could comprehend.

Linda Arden, Sonia Armstrong’s mother, who poses as Caroline Hubbard, is the mastermind behind the plot to murder Ratchett (aka Cassetti). Arden assembles her other daughter, Princess Natalia Dragomirof, Mary Debenham, aka Armstrong’s governess, Pilar Estravados, aka Armstrong’s nurse, and others.

In total, 13 people who knew and loved the Armstrongs or had a connection to the first murder case banded together to assassinate Ratchett on the Orient Express.
