The arrest came after Wallen allegedly threw a chair from the rooftop of a bar on Sunday night, leading to his apprehension on three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

The incident occurred at Chief’s, a newly opened six-story bar, restaurant, and live music venue owned by fellow country artist Eric Church.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the chair thrown by Wallen landed dangerously close to two police officers on the street below.

This arrest follows a previous public apology from Wallen in February 2021, after a video surfaced showing him using a racial slur in Nashville.

The incident led to repercussions from his record label and various media platforms. However, despite the controversy, Wallen’s popularity continued to rise, with his album “Dangerous” achieving significant success on the Billboard charts.

Since then, Wallen has maintained a strong presence in the music industry, with several chart-topping hits. Nevertheless, his recent arrest adds another chapter to his tumultuous journey in the public eye.
