More than 100 friends, family, and students gathered on campus for an emotional vigil held on March 22 evening to remember Stephen, also known as Breck to those who loved him, as they discussed his lasting legacy and the impact he had on their lives. “He was just such a light,” Breck’s fraternity brother Alexander Ratliff said.
Breck’s father left a message for the students about how to honour his son.
“Tell them you love them daily.” Because you never know when a knock will come at 3:30 a.m. and you will never get another chance. So tell them daily.
