Dr Leanne Spazak the superintendent of the Monessen School District was charged with indecent exposure after being spotted undressed with a guy in the parking lot of a county-owned apartment complex, according to police.

Charleroi Regional Police were called to the Nathan Goff Jr. Apartments on Middleland Avenue at 11:15 p.m. on May 22 for a report of two people acting inappropriately in a red pickup vehicle.
When police arrived, they found Leanne Spazak, 55, of Charleroi, and Robert Cappelli, 61, of Confluence nude inside the truck.

According to the complaint, as Cappelli and Spazak were getting dressed and looking for identification, cops noticed a 9mm handgun on the front seat. According to investigators, Cappelli was the owner of the FEG Hungary 9mm gun.
Cappelli and Spazak were charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct, respectively. Both are scheduled for preliminary hearings in District Judge Eric Porter’s Charleroi court on July 7 2022.
