Who Is Mike Pilavachi?
Mike Pilavachi is an evangelist and author of Greek Cypriot descent, known for co-founding and leading the Soul Survivor charity in Watford, England.
Pilavachi was born on 7 March, 1958, and was first ordained a deacon in 2012, and the following year, was ordained a priest.

Also Known for his impactful books on Christianity, such as “Soul Survivor,” “Live the Life,” “Storylines: Tracing the Threads of the Bible,” and “Everyday Supernatural: Living A Spirit-Led Life Without Being Weird,” Pilavachi earned recognition in the 2020 New Year Honours as a Member of the Order of the British Empire for his services to young people.
However, in May 2023, he faced suspension from ministry due to safeguarding concerns, leading to his resignation as Associate Pastor of Soul Survivor Church in July 2023.
Despite recent challenges, Pilavachi’s earlier contributions to Christian literature and youth services have left a lasting impact, reflecting a multifaceted journey in ministry.
