Michael O’Hearn has appeared on over 400 magazine covers, has been named Fitness Model of the Year seven times, and is a four-time Mr Natural Universe winner.
On the 2008 revival of American Gladiators, he played the gladiator “Titan.” O’Hearn is the only Gladiator who appeared in both the original (1989-1996) (as Thor) and the 2008 series.
He is the creator of Power Bodybuilding, a training programme that emphasises strength, hypertrophy, and aesthetics.
In 2011, he appeared as Mac’s “avatar” in the episode “How Mac Got Fat” in season 7 of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. That same year, he appeared in the Workaholics episode “Muscle I’d Like to Flex” as a bodybuilder. O’Hearn self-produced and starred in Alter Ego, a seven-episode action sci-fi thriller, in 2012.
