He served as Super Radyo DZBB 594 AM’s station manager and consultant for GMA Network’s radio operations. He was also president of the network’s regional radio division, RGMA Network Inc.
As a staff announcer at the Manila Broadcasting Company in 1969, he began his career in broadcasting. His passion for radio was unintentionally uncovered when he went to see a friend who worked there.

Enriquez was well-known for his signature broadcasting phrases, such as “Hindi namin kayo tatantanan” (We will not stop chasing after you), at the conclusion of his reports on crimes and other abnormalities, as well as his propensity to excuse himself whenever he coughed or sneezed air.
