Jeff Gladney, a cornerback for the Arizona Cardinals, died on Monday, May 30, 2022 when his SUV crashed in Dallas.

Gladney was 25 years at the time of his passing.
The NFL, the Cardinals and the Minnesota Vikings, who drafted Gladney in 2020, announced the loss in separate statements Monday.
The Cardinals said;
“We are devastated to learn of Jeff Gladney’s passing.”.
“Our hearts go out to his family, friends and all who are mourning this tremendous loss.”
The Vikings said they grieved alongside “Jeff’s current and former teammates and coaches who are mourning his life lost much too soon.”

Per reports, Gladney was not the only person who was in the vehicle when the accident occurred and at the time of the accident, his company was not identified.
However, Gladney’s company has been identified as his girlfriend Mercedes Palacios.
Mercedes Palacios was 26 years old and her family confirmed to NBC News that she was in the vehicle with Gladney.
Much is not known about Mercedes. However, she was using the Instagram handle cedespalacios and at the time of her passing, she has made two posts and had 8905 followers.
Mercedes Palacios was believed to be a model.
