Maurice Mom Boucher Release Date

Late Canadian high crime chief, Maurice Boucher was serving three life sentences before he died in jail. There was no intention to release him.

The Canadian authorities had transferred him in June 2022 to the nearby Archambault Institution on health grounds.

He was receiving palliative care for his throat cancer when he passed away on July 10, 2022.

Maurice Boucher Criminal Life

Boucher was the kingpin behind a criminal gang and a Rock Machine biker gang named the Hells Angels’. He was the leader of the Montreal chapter.

He began chairing the gang ever since the Quebec Biker war in 1994.

Before his passing, Boucher was serving in jail for offenses ranging from multiple murders, sexual assaults, and drug trafficking.

He was had been confined at Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Canada’s only supermax prison.

Boucher was almost killed on two occasions while in prison. The first was an attack by the Indian Posse, a criminal gang, who shot a bazooka at his cell in 2002.

The second was multiple stabs he got from a fellow prisoner in 2010. Boucher had been severely wounded from the attack.

Reports states that Boucher, while he was alive, strongly desired revenge against his alleged traitors once he got out of jail, but he never got the opportunity to execute it.
