Who Is Mathilde Gros?
Mathilde Gros is a track cyclist who represents France in women’s track cycling.
She has so far represented France in many World Championships, including the Pruszków and the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, winning a bronze and a gold medal in 2019 and 2022 respectively.

In European championships, Gros has won two gold medals, three silver medals, and two bronze medals, between 2017 and 2022.

The French-born cyclist began her sporting career with the game of basketball before she switched her sports interest to cycling “after she conducted a power test on an indoor bike.”
During her junior career, Gros took part in the Junior Track World Championships and won numerous titles.
Since the beginning of her senior career, Gros has won several senior titles, including European gold in keirin in 2018, the UCI Track Cycling World Championships, and other European titles.
In 2022, Gros won her first rainbow jersey during the Sprint league crown at the UCI Track Champions League, after she won four of the five sprint races.
Gros is regarded as one of the most talented young Europeans in track cycling, and currently one of the top prospects for France ahead of Paris 2024.
