Mason Grady, a professional rugby union player from Wales, was born on March 29, 2002. His preferred positions for Cardiff Rugby, a team in the United Rugby Championship, are center or wing (URC).

Grady competed in the Welsh Premier Division for Cardiff RFC and Pontypridd RFC before committing to Cardiff in September 2020 and earning his first professional contract. When he made his debut at the age of 17 years, 7 months, he overtook the second-youngest player ever to represent Cardiff.
In the eighth round of the 2020–21 season, Grady made his Pro14 debut for Cardiff Blues against Glasgow Warriors. He did, however, suffer a severe knee injury near the end of the season that forced him to sit out for the entire following season.

Grady began playing more often for Cardiff in the 2022–2023 season after fully recovering from his injury. He scored goals for Cardiff in back-to-back European matches against Brive and Newcastle to help his team go to the 2022–23 Challenge Cup quarterfinals.
