Marta Torrejon Parents: Who Are Marta Torrejon Mother And Father?

F.C Barcelona defender Marta Torrejon was born on  27 February 1990 in Mataró, Catalonia, Spain.

Torrejon’s parents are largely unknown as there’s no information about them on the internet. Despite being a popular footballer, Torrejon also prefers to keep a lot of information about herself away from the public and as a result, she barely talks about her parents.

However, she has granted an interview where she said her parents had to bare listening to some ugly comments when she decided to take up football as her profession.

The sacrifice of her parents has paid off as she has gone on to become one of the big stars in Spain and even globally.

Torrejon made her debut in the Superliga Femenina for Espanyol at just 14 years old and in 2011, she started in the final of the Copa de la Reina de Fútbol, where they lost in extra time versus her future club, Barcelona.

Two years later, at age 23, she signed for FC Barcelona and is currently the club’s third captain. She has won three league titles and three Copas de la Reina with Barcelona.

She made made her senior Spain national team debut in November 2007, in a 1–0 defeat to England in Shrewsbury.

She went on to make 90 appearances for Spain and scoring 8 goals.
