Who Is Markieff Morris?
Markieff Morris is a basketball player who plays the power forward position for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Born on September 2, 1989, in Philadelphia, Morris played college basketball at the University of Kansas, where he was named second-team all-conference in the Big 12.

In 2011, Morris was drafted as 13th overall by the Phoenix Suns, while his twin brother, Marcus was selected by the Houston Rockets.

Morris played for the Suns until 2016, when he was traded to the Washington Wizards. After three more seasons, he was signed with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
In 2019, Morris began playing for with the Detroit Pistons, and the following year, the Los Angeles Lakers signed him in to replace DeMarcus Cousins.
While with the Lakers, Morris won an NBA championship. He later went on to play for the Miami Heat and the Brooklyn Nets between 2021 and 2022
In 2023, Morris began playing for the Dallas Mavericks, following a trade agreement.
