Mark Sheehan, the lead guitarist and co-founder of Irish rock band The Script had an estimated net worth of $5 million at time of death, according to multiple sources.

His estimated net worth was primarily sourced from his music career.
Formed in 2001 by Sheehan, O’Donoghue and drummer Glen Power, the Irish rock band released their eponymous debut album in August 2008, which featured the hit singles “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” and “Breakeven”.
The Script’s self-titled debut album, released in 2008, entered the UK album charts at No 1. Between 2010 and 2019.

The band also amassed more UK No 1 albums and singles than any other Irish act.
Born on October 29, 1976 in Dublin, Sheehan passed away in April 2023 at age 46.
His death was announced on Friday (14 April) by the Irish rock band from their official social media channels. He died in a hospital after a brief illness.
The statement announcing his demise read:
“Much loved husband, father, brother, band mate and friend Mark Sheehan passed away today in hospital after a brief illness,”
“The family and group ask fans to respect their privacy at this tragic time.”
Sheehan was a father-of-three. He spent most of his time in the US with his American wife Rina.
The pair were married for more than 20 years, having tied the knot in 2005.
