Guy Damien Lafleur OC CQ, nicknamed “The Flower” and “Le Démon Blond”, was a Canadian professional ice hockey player.

Guy Lafleur was the first player in National Hockey League history to score 50 goals in six consecutive seasons as well as 50 goals and 100 points in six consecutive seasons.
Between 1971 and 1991, Guy Lafleur played right wing for the Montreal Canadiens, New York Rangers, and Quebec Nordiques in an NHL career spanning 17 seasons, and five Stanley Cup championships in 1973, 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979 (all with the Canadiens).
For his personal life, Guy Lafleur was married to Lisa Lafleur and they had two children; Mark Lafleur and Martin Lafleur.

Mark Lafleur, the first son of the Lafleur’s appeared to be a social misfit as he had a number of run-ins with the law, including charges of sexual assault.
In 2009, Guy Lafleur was charged with obstruction of justice for helping his son Mark to break his curfew by driving him to a hotel to see his girlfriend, and the trial was scheduled for April 2009.
A month later, thus, on May 1, 2009, Guy Lafleur was convicted and on June 18, 2009, he was given a one-year suspended sentence.
Guy Lafleur was also fined $100 and ordered to donate $10,000 to charity.
However, on August 17, 2010, Guy Lafleur was unanimously acquitted of all charges by the Quebec Court of Appeal, throwing out his previous conviction.
But Mark Lafleur hadn’t had enough of “causing troubles” and in 2017, he was charged with confinement, assault, uttering threats, possession for trafficking purposes and breach of probation and sentenced to two years in prison.
