Mark Ingram born Mark V. Ingram Jr., is an American football running back for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL).

Mark Ingram is the first player from Alabama to win Heisman Trophy. He became victorious after rushing for 1,658 yards in 2009, the route to winning the 2010 BCS National Championship.

He was drafted by the Saints in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft where he earned three Pro Bowl selections and became their all-time leader in rushing yardage. Mark Ingram was born on the 21st of December 1989 in Hackensack, New Jersey. He is the son of former wide receiver for the New York Giants, Mark Ingram Sr and his mother is Shonda Ingram.

Mark Ingram is married to his wife, Chelsea Peltin-Brown with four kids. Chelsea Peltin Brown is a professional fitness model and they tied the knot back in 2017. Their four kids are identified as  Myla, Mila, Mark, and Mayla Ingram.
