Mark Capps was shot and killed by a member of a SWAT team in the doorway of his home on Thursday, January 5 2023.
Metro Police spokesman Don Aaron told reporters that Capps held his 60-year-old wife and 23-year-old stepdaughter at gunpoint in their family room around 3 a.m. and threatened to kill them if they called anyone.
