Mark Budzinski is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB) outfielder who played for the Cincinnati Reds in 2003 and is now the Toronto Blue Jays’ first base coach.

Mark was born in Severna Park, Maryland, on August 26, 1973. He is 48 years old.
Budzinski was chosen by the Cleveland Indians in the 21st round of the 1995 MLB Draft. Budzinski played professionally for 11 years, including a season as an outfielder for the Kinston Indians in the Carolina League in 1997.

Budzinski retired in 2005 and relocated to Richmond, Virginia, to pursue a real estate career. Mark Budzinski returned to professional baseball as manager of the Lake County Captains in 2014.

Budzinski is married to Monica and has three children with her. Julia, his eldest daughter, died in a boating accident in the James River near Glen Allen, Virginia, in July 2022, at the age of 17.
