Marcus Bettinelli is an English footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Premier League club Chelsea.

Born on May 24, 1992, in Camberwell, England, Bettinelli began his career at age 14, by playing for Fulham.

He signed his first professional contract in 2010, and so far, has been “capped by the England national under-21 team.

His contract with Fulham was extended on two different occasions.

Bettinelli who now plays for the senior team, has played for Dartford, Accrington Stanley, and the Championship club Middlesbrough.

When Bettinelli played for England in the senior squad, he played against Portugal, France, Spain and Switzerland.

In 2021, Chelsea FC signed him into a two-year contract.

His first match in the club was in January 2022, where his team won the 5–1 FA Cup third round victory over Chesterfield.
