Marc Leishman is a professional golfer from Australia who currently competes on the PGA Tour. On the PGA Tour, he was named Rookie of the Year in 2009. He was the country’s first winner of the prize.

Leishman was a member of the International team at the 2019 Presidents Cup, which was held at the Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Australia in December. The United States squad won 16–14. Leishman halved his Sunday singles match against Rickie Fowler, going 1–2–2.
Leishman won the Farmers Insurance Open in January 2020, becoming the fifth Australian to do so on the PGA Tour. Leishman came back from a one-stroke deficit to beat Jon Rahm in the final round with a 65.

Marc Leishman, playing in his 10th Masters, finished T5 in 2021, his third top-10 performance in the tournament. In November 2020, he tied a Masters record by shooting 15 under par on Augusta National’s par-5 holes.
In 2021, Leishman, 38, won the team event in New Orleans alongside fellow Aussie Cameron Smith, earning him his sixth PGA Tour championship. He and his wife Audrey established the Begin Again Foundation to assist families going through illness or life challenges.
