A video of the moment was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a media account. In the footage, the boy can be seen immediately dropping to his knees to greet Davido before quickly returning to his parents.

Onlookers attributed the boy’s actions to shyness, as he did not spend much time with Davido or take photos with him, despite the singer’s willingness to engage.

The shy boy’s gesture amused Davido, who laughed while exchanging pleasantries with the boy’s elder brother, sister, and parents.
