Lindsey Pearlman Cause Of Death: Lindsey Pearlman Autopsy Report

Lindsey Erin Pearlman was an American actress known for her roles on General Hospital and Chicago Justice. She was born on October 5, 1978 and passed away in February 2022 at age 43.

Earlier this year, specifically on February 18, the former Empire cast member was found dead inside a vehicle near the entrance of Runyon Canyon Park — a popular hiking trail in Hollywood, Calif.

Her body was was found after she was reported missing days earlier. Police found her body in a vehicle after they responed to a radio call for a death investigation at Franklin Avenue and North Sierra Bonita Avenue.

The cause of death, confirmed by the Los Angeles County medical examiner, was determined to be an intentional overdose of sodium nitrite.

The report also noted that “the presence of non-toxic levels of lorazepam, metoclopramide, and codeine” were found in Lindsey’s system.

Prior to her death, Lindsey was reported missing on Feb. 13.

Her cousin, Savannah Pearlman, tweeted on Feb. 17 that the former General Hospital actress’ phone was last pinged on Sunset Blvd. — just 1.5 miles from where her body was located near the intersection of Franklin Ave. and North Sierra Bonita Ave.

Lindsey’s sad death was confirmed by her husband, Vance Smith on Instagram, who wrote; “The police found Lindsey. She’s gone,” before adding: “I’m broken.”
