Felice and Lidia Bastianich tied the knot in 1966. Their union, lasting for decades, bore the fruits of partnership both in family life and in the gastronomic business world. While they eventually separated and divorced in 1997, their collaborative efforts in establishing a culinary empire remained intertwined.
Felice Bastianich Children
From their enduring marriage, Felice and Lidia were blessed with two children: Joe and Tanya. Both children inherited the family’s passion for food and the culinary arts. Joe Bastianich is a well-known restaurateur, vineyard owner, and television personality. He has often appeared alongside his mother in various culinary shows and has made a name for himself in the restaurant industry. Tanya, on the other hand, has taken a managerial role in the family’s business and has also ventured into academic realms, holding a Ph.D. in Renaissance Art.
Felice Bastianich Profession
While Felice Bastianich may not have been in the limelight as much as his wife, he was instrumental in the establishment and success of the family’s culinary endeavors. Together with Lidia, he co-owned several restaurants. Their ventures started with their first restaurant, Buonavia, in Queens.
