Letsile Tebogo is a Botswana sprinter who rose to fame after winning 100m gold at the 2021 World Athletics U20 Championships in Nairobi, becoming the first Botswana athlete to win a gold medal in the 100m event at World Championship level.

He was born on 7 June 2003 in Kanye, Botswana and as early as six years, his talent in sport was evident as he was already a well-rounded footballer and sprinter.

However, injuries cut short his football career so he opted to focus solely on track, a decision which has paid off.
