Barbaree Earl Nielsen is an actress who was married to Canadian actor and comedian Leslie Nielsen at the time of his death in 2010.

Barbaree Neilsen was Leslie Nielsen’s fourth wife. Before his marriage to Barbaree, he was married to nightclub singer Monica Boyar from 1950–1956, Alisande Ullman from 1958–1973, and Brooks Oliver (1981–1983). He had two daughters from his second marriage, Maura and Thea Nielsen.

Throughout his successful career in acting, Nielsen amassed considerable wealth through his film and television work. Though he had a varied career spanning several decades, he is perhaps best remembered for his roles in the “Naked Gun” and “Aeroplane” film franchises.
Over the course of his career, he appeared in over a hundred films and 150 television shows, portraying over 220 characters, including the arrogant advertising executive turned bear-wrestling psychopath Paul Jenson in William Girdler’s 1977 horror film “Day of the Animals.” The pivotal role came when he was cast as the poker-faced Dr Shirley Rumack in the hugely successful spoof “Aeroplane!” (1980).
