Lauren Hernandez is an American artistic gymnast.

Hernandez commenced her gymnastics career at age 12 when she placed 11th in the junior division at the U.S. Classic in 2012.
After being selected in September 2013, to represent the U.S. at the Junior Japan International in Yokohama, she scored 56.750 to win the bronze medal in the all-around at the event.
Following her senior debut at the 2016 City of Jesolo Trophy in Jesolo, Italy, Hernandez went on to participate in the Pacific Rim Gymnastics Championships in Everett, Washington.
