Larry Modowo has reportedly ended his active service at CNN following his tensed and contentious interview with Ghanaian politician, Sam George on LGBTQ rights in Ghana.

There have been a lot of mixed reactions from viewers concerning the manner he went about questioning the Ghanaian Member of Parliament on LGBTQ rights. However, it appears that this interview has affected Larry’s job as he has reportedly quit CNN.

After the interview with Sam George, Larry described the entire session as the most contentious interview he has ever hosted.

Moments after the interview, Larry Madowo announced on his Twitter page that he had left CNN studios based in Atlanta, USA for Dubai. It is unclear why he left the media house however, his post suggests that he has ended his service with CNN.
